BLM was started by three black women. Alicia Garza (born-name Schwartz), a sociology major at U of San Diego, Opal Tometi, former member of terrorist Weathermen Underground, a U of AZ history, major and Patrisse Cullors the protégé of Marxist Eric Mann, Patrice is a U of CA, LA majors in religion and philosophy. This author was a CEO for decades; there is no way these three people, with those college majors, set up the complex BLM terrorist organisations corporate structure. George Soros’s hands are all over it.
This brings us to the ultimate question, what is BLM, and what is their purpose? (BLMGNF) is the proper name for Black Lives Matter Global Network Foundation. They have chapters in: Boston, Chicago, Washington DC, Denver, Detroit, LA, Lansing, Long Beach, Memphis, Nashville, NYC, Philadelphia, South Bend and in Canada Toronto, Vancouver and Waterloo. They are a not for Profit organization but do not have tax exempt status. The reason for this is to circumvent legal requirements for 501 (c) (3) status. All received donations are redirected to ActBlue Charities, which is a 501 (c) (3) tax exempt entity. This allows donations for BLM to be tax deductible. ActBlue is available to all DNC Party members. ActBlue Charities operates as a business conduit for an annual fee of 3.95% of all collected contributions to BLM or ActBlue. This indicates that BLM, as well as ActBlue contributions, when transferred to the Harris/Biden campaign, are by campaign law, treated as individual contributions. However ActBlue is a 501 (c) (3) tax exempt organization, consisting of three separate entities; ActBlue 527 PAC (Political ActionCommittee) which is also tax exempt, Act Blue Civics also a 501 (c)(3) and ActBlue Charities also tax exempt.
In the last three years BLM and ActBlue have jointly collected $5- billion in donations, much of it from corporations. The transfer service fee of 3.95% amounts to an income of $65.66-million per year, or $197- million over the last three years. ActBlue distributes some funds to Thousand Currents, which acts as a hidden management company for BLM, for; administration, finance, accounting, grant management, insurance, human resources legal, and compliance with statutes issues.
